The Crouch Bursary Fund Board members will decide on the amount awarded for the grant and their decision is final.
Successful applicants are expected to report to the Crouch Bursary Fund Board annually on their progress and should the research be discontinued it is expected that the funds be returned to the Crouch Bursary Fund.
Completed research using these funds should be presented at a Health Professions Congress / Symposium, including workshops presented by the Psychiatric Occupational Therapists Group (POTS), and published in an accredited journal, with due credit to the Crouch Bursary Fund.
FUNDING FOR COLLABORATIVE OR GROUP RESEARCH
The Crouch Bursary Fund has recently made funds available for collaborative or group research
in the psycho-social, psychiatric and mental health fields.
Members of the group may be from other professions in the health field but must comply with the professional criteria within their own professions.
At least one occupational therapist must be part of the group and the research must be undertaken in South Africa.
